According to the badysis, Latin America has quite weak internet connection speeds. Thus, Uruguay ranks 78th with an average speed of 6.19 Mbps, followed by Cuba (5.83 Mbps), Mexico (5.69 Mbps), Peru (3.31 Mbps), Colombia (3.25 Mbps) and Argentina (3.18 Mbps).
