Thus, Uruguay ranks 78th with an average speed of 6.19 Mbps, followed by Cuba (5.83 Mbps), Mexico (5.69 Mbps), Peru (3.31 Mbps), Colombia (3.25 Mbps) and Argentina (3.18 Mbps). They are followed by Brazil (2.58 Mbps), Haiti (2.42 Mbps), Bolivia (1.90 Mbps) and Paraguay (1.73 Mbps).
