DIAN records a declaration of failure in its technology platform – Research – Justice

The Directorate of Taxes and National Customs -DIAN- reported Tuesday that until Thursday, November 29, at 18 hours. m., the electronic computer services of the endidad will be suspended.

The statement is related to the failure of its servers since last weekend.

According to the sources of the entity, the problem has nothing to do with alleged hacking attempts, version from qualified sources.

"The contingency is declared to advance the procedures of the regime of transits of imports, exports and customs, as well as to present the declarations of the privilege to the Financial Movements (GMF) which by fiscal calendar must be presented on Tuesday 27 November and Wednesday, November 28, "said Dian, who said unions and ports are ready to support the entity in this technological event.

"This possibility also applies to the recovery report generated by the banks, to the VAT declaration for the period from September to October of the financial service providers and to the scheduled airlines to which a specific term has been attributed, as well as for the October Declaration of Retention at the source of detention agents with a special mandate, "he added.

Similarly, Dian director José Andrés Romero Tarazona said that manual solutions would be taken during the restoration of the service. "We must find practical solutions to continue foreign trade and continue to fight against smuggling, as we have done since 27 August."

Lastly, do not forget that because of the eventuality, the statements must be submitted the day after the services are reinstated.
