The National Tax and Customs Department (Dian) has reported in recent hours that, in accordance with the certification issued by the Subdirección of Management of Information Technology and Telecommunications, from Monday, November 26 to Thursday, November 29 of the same month, at 6 o'clock. m. Electronic Information Services (EIS) are suspended.
It is for this reason that the eventuality is declared to advance the procedures of the regime of imports, exports and customs the statements of the Privilege on Financial Movements (GMF) according to which the tax calendar must be presented on Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 November.
The eventuality also applies to the recovery report generated by the banks, the VAT return for the period of September – October financial service providers and scheduled airlines to whom a special warrant has been awarded and the presentation of the declaration of retention at the Source of October of the authorized agents holding a special warrant.
Returns must be submitted no later than the day after services are reinstated.
