Argentina's Rogelio Funes Mori scored one of the most elegant goals of the year in Mexico, giving the Rayados de Monterrey a 1-0 win over Santos Laguna in the quarter-finals of the Apertura tournament.
In the 60th minute, Funes Mori accepted the service of Mexican Carlos Rodriguez, settled the ball with his chest and scored a Chilean goal in the corner, in order to unravel the skein of a sometimes stuck match, although still with better options for Rayados from Uruguayan coach Diego Alonso.
