Strong accident in Ciudad Bolívar leaves a dead person

A serious accident occurred in Lucero Alto, in the city of Ciudad Bolívar. Apparently, a SITP driver lost control of the vehicle and rolled onto a slope. The incident left one dead and 18 wounded, who were taken to the Meissen hospital.
