From 8:30 am this Sunday, the Cundinamarca Fire Department is witnessing a traffic accident on the road from Bogota to La Vega. The preliminary report is 44 people injured.
Olga Lucía Gaitán, commander of the fire department of the San Francisco municipality, near the place where the accident occurred, said that the most critical wounded were taken away in different health centers. "Localities of La Vega and Facatativa."
"At the time, we did not have an exact count of the number of people transferred," Gaitán explained, adding that there were between 40 and 44 wounded.

The preliminary report mentions 15 wounded, the most serious have been sent to the medical center of Facatativa (Cundinamarca) and the minor wounded were transferred to health centers near the site of the accident.
