Atlético Nacional has been informed of the demand of the club Expreso Rojo (now called Tigres FC), for the sale of Orlando Berrío to Flamengo of Brazil in January 2017. The transfer was made to 3.5 million dollars, according to the country's press.
Expreso Rojo says that there were differences in the percentage of Berrío's sales to foreign football. The attacker had been bought by Nacional while he was part of the formative categories of the Bogota team. For the moment, Nacional has not officially ruled on this issue.
This is the club's second request this year for the same problem. In September, the club Leonel Álvarez sued Nacional for the mediocre settlement of the Marlos Moreno pbad. Eladio Tamayo, the representative of Moreno during this negotiation, revealed this subject in the El Alargue program of Caracol.
