For the 2019 edition, the 10 most talented companies to retain talent were Bancolombia, Grupo Nutresa, Ecopetrol, Alpina, Sura, Bavaria, EPM, Nestle, Cementos Argos and Johnson and Johnson.
Regarding the changes presented between the 2018 and 2019 lists, Nutresa fell to second place with 9,964 points and Bancolombia came in first place with 10,000 units. Ecopetrol, Alpina and Cementos Argos remain in the same positions, while Bancolombia, Sura, Bavaria, Nestlé and Johnson and Johnson have progressed. Nutresa and EPM also fell.

In turn, Merco's general manager, Manuel Sevillano, said that in terms of sectors, 15 companies belong to the food sector, 15 to education and universities, 13 to the health, 12 to the pharmacist, 10 to electronics and computers and 10 to the financial sector. . In total, 70% of the companies included are of Colombian origin.
Regarding workers' satisfaction with the company, Sevillano pointed out that in Colombia it was 8.60 out of 10 units, one point higher than that of the company. Spain, with 7.60.
