The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has issued a warning to the public about the project that will offer the sale of bitcoins in cigarette shops. The official notice was issued by the regulator on Monday, November 26th.

Regarding the company that announced its plan to sell bitcoins, the AMF said it was a limited company called PAYSAFEBIT SASU. The company, which uses the trade name KeplerK, has a capital of 50,000 euros. The statement states that the company "has no authorization or approval from a French or foreign authority".
According to its LinkedIn page, KeplerK was founded in 2018 as a technology and business development platform, focused on processes and products for the use and acquisition of cryptocurrency.
