From different distributors around the world, Shimano apologizes to the end users concerned and offers them alternatives. From the distributor in Spain offer the following alternatives in the components affected by the delay:

  • RINGSAs an alternative, Shimano is launching a range of hubs with Micro Spline technology, but with conventional ratchet and non-Scylence.
  • BIELAS: As an alternative, Shimano launches a non-series model compatible which will be available only for 1x12v transmissions, with two plate sizes, 32 or 34, and an arm length of 170 and 175 mm.
  • SEEDS: Shimano offers spare parts and interrupts for these alternative component models.

According to the release, the rest of the components of the new XTR group is on sale and available to stores and users.
