Yesterday, 18 raids allowed to dismantle the delinquent group "The 17" and to badign two groups of expenses, which fought the territorial control in the neighborhood of Miraflores, northeast of Bucaramanga.
According to the commander of the Bucaramanga Metropolitan Police, Brigadier General Manuel Vásquez, these criminal groups have turned this neighborhood into a "zone of fear".

The 24 people captured during the raids will be charged with the crime of conspiracy to commit a crime and narcotics trafficking.
