Workers are talking about a proposed 10% increase, while suggestions from thought centers and entrepreneurs are more limited.
For its part, the guidelines of the National Association of Financial Institutions, Anif, have ensured that the increase is 4%, since an increase of 5% or more could have an effect on employment and the informal sector , considering the following: that the Colombian economy has not yet reached its growth potential of 3%.
Under this scenario, the range of discussion for the increase will be between $ 39,062 and $ 78,124.
