The sixth Bucaramanga civilian judge ordered Mayor Rodolfo Hernandez to retract after calling Fernando Martinez, the "political lautiest" senator a few weeks ago at Solon Wilches Park in the city.
In this regard, the witness pointed out that the judge reminds the mayor that it can not be defamatory and harm the reputation of people.
"The mayor can not slander and slander people when he wants, he does so with councilors and the community," said Palermo.
This is not the first time that a judge orders the mayor to retract for the excessive claims he's made; A few months ago, the court also asked him to rectify statements he had made against former congressman Fredy Anaya.
