Andrade, who also has US citizenship, reportedly launched a conspiracy strategy against prosecutor Martínez Neira, after he was accused of several crimes.

Liza Rut reportedly met with FBI officials in Washington on October 16 to deliver recordings.
The wife of Andrade, according to the prosecutor, went to the offices and halls of the Capitol in Washington "to fill a pamphlet" in order to attack his image.
Martinez said that in this operation millions of dollars are spent.
He said it was "the most shameful operation" that was seen in the Colombian judicial system.
