The author of Harry Potter was about to eliminate many of our favorite characters from the saga …

Harry Potter is one of our favorite sagas and we have suffered a lot from the death of many of our favorite characters because so many have stolen our hearts.

However, Rowling was about to kill several of the main characters in the series. Check who and why you decided to repent:

1. Harry Potter:

J.K. Rowling was seriously considering killing our hero. Fortunately, the author abandoned this sad idea, believing that it would be a terrible betrayal for fans of the saga. So he decided that Harry had to live and recover his life after defeating Voldemort.

2. Ron Weasley:

Rowling had promised that she would not kill any of the three main characters in the series, but in the middle of the story, the author thought about it and was preparing to commit suicide, Ron, we are happy that he did not do it!

3. Arthur Weasley:

In the Order of the Phoenix, the Weasley's father was about to die after being attacked by a snake, but Rowling decided that Arthur had to stay alive for that reason: "I think the reason I did not finally kill him is that there are very few good parents in the books. In fact, Arthur Weasley could be basically the only good father"

4. The parents of all:

After his return to power, Voldemort had prepared a terrible revenge, he wanted to eliminate the fathers of all Hogwarts students as he had done with Harry's fathers, the author said: "I wanted it to be an echo of what had happened to Harry to show Voldemort's absolute wickedness."

5. Florean Fortescue:

Do you remember the owner of the small but famous Diagon Alley Glacier? The character never appears in the movies, but in the books, he helps Harry do his homework. The author had more important projects for this character, but she finally decided to give a twist to her story and thus avoided death from the hands of Death Eaters.
