Cyclist Lilibeth Chacón won the gold medal in the women's points bike race, during the IV Central American Games held in Barranquilla, Colombia.
Chacón won two bronze medals in the women's team the last XI Games of Cochabamba 2018, consisting of athletes Daniely García, Jennifer Cesar and Zuralmy Rivas.
To date, Venezuela ranks fifth in the medal table, with 69 medals including 12 gold, 24 silver and 33 silver. The table is dominated by Mexico with 71 gold medals, followed by Colombia (42), Cuba (34) and the Dominican Republic (15).
