Bellator champion Ryan Bader and his brother-in-law Chris have beef.
Bader, holder of the light and heavy titles of Bellator, and the husband of his sister got stung these last weeks in the perspective of Bellator 226 of Saturday at the SAP Center of San Jose. The 36-year-old asked his brother-in-law – yes, you read that right – and dropped a bottle of water in his legs during a flight, and Bader erased his brother-in-law appropriately before Tuesday's A-Angels match at the Oakland Coliseum.

Bader is unbeaten in five fights since arriving at Bellator in 2017 and will be defending his heavyweight title for the first time Saturday in San Jose. He will try to improve to 28-5 in MMA when he faces Cheick Kongo (30-10-2) at the SAP Center.
Kongo has won each of his last eight bouts, and all but two have been ruled by the judges.
