WASHINGTON, May 4, 2019 – Conagra Brands, Inc., a facility in Russellville, Arkansas, recalls approximately 2,094,186 pounds of frozen food due to a poor brand image and an undeclared allergen, the Food and Beverage Service announced today. inspection and food safety of the FSA. The products subject to this recall bear the establishment number "EST. P-115 ", which appears on the panel above the nutritional statement under the symbol" P115 ", as well as the expiry date. These items have been shipped to retail outlets nationwide and only affect P.F. The brand products from Chang's home menu are listed. It does not include any products sold at P.F. Chang Restaurants.
The problem was discovered when Conagra Brands, Inc. conducted a routine label check and determined that the product did not declare milk on the label.

FSIS is concerned that some products may be frozen and in consumer freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products must be discarded or returned to the place of purchase.
