Conference Championship pick: Packers take revenge on Bucs, no consensus on AFC

This Green Bay Packers team feels like a team on a mission. A 13-3 season, an MVP at quarterback, football’s top wide receiver and defense in the ascent; it’s a nice combination. But none of those past accolades and results matter on Sunday. What matters is getting out and beating the team on the other sideline.

And that team is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who handed the Packers their worst loss of the season. But like all of these other qualities, this game is a thing of the past, with the tape only serving as a learning tool.

This week at Acme Packing Company, we are united in our outlook for Packers. As the team finally get to play an NFC title game at Lambeau Field for the first time in the Aaron Rodgers era, we believe this is an opportunity the Packers will seize and Green Bay move on to the Super. Bowl LV.

If that happens, the AFC representative will present a formidable challenge regardless of which team wins this conference. However, APC is divided over whether the Kansas City Chiefs or the Buffalo Bills will earn their spot in the biggest game of the year. Patrick Mahomes has clearly cleared the concussion protocol and will be playing Sunday afternoon, but many of our writers still see the Bills walk into Arrowhead Stadium and come out with a win.
