Former two – division UFC champion, Conor McGregor, was arrested in Miami Beach on charges of armed robbery and criminal mischief.

According to the prison's website, McGregor was placed in Miami-Dade County jail tonight after an incident that would have occurred early in the day in front of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel, according to a report in the Miami Herald.

According to the report, McGregor reportedly took the phone of a man taking pictures of him in front of the hotel and broke it.

According to the Miami-Dade County Prison website, McGregor's charges of robbery and criminal wrongdoing of $ 1,000 or more were accompanied by guarantees of $ 7,500 and $ 5,000, respectively.

This last incident is part of what is becoming a cause of legal setbacks for McGregor.

His most significant incident occurred in April, when he infamously attacked a bus with UFC Lightweight Champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov, and several other fighters inside. He threw a cart through the bus window, injuring several people and arresting McGregor.

McGregor has just completed his community service in the churches to eliminate bus attack charges, but a few days later he finds himself back in the hot water.
