Corey Lewandowski involved in the 2020 GOP campaign to dethrone Ocasio-Cortez

Former Trump campaign director, Corey Lewandowski, is collaborating with a Republican candidate as part of an attempt to unseat Republican Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y.

The approval rating of the first congressman has declined since he won the election in November, due to controversy and branding that kills many voters, pushing Democrats and Republicans to overturn the democratic socialist carrying cards.

In New York, Ocasio-Cortez's favorability rating dropped after an effort was made to block an agreement that would have created thousands of jobs at Amazon in the Borough of Queens. His use of misleading information has made this plan a massive government gift, even though it would have generated billions of tax revenues and 25,000 jobs.

Lewandowski apparently agreed to serve as an unofficial advisor to Ruth Papazian, a medical journalist, and his campaign to overthrow Ocasio-Cortez, New York magazine reported.

Lewandowski played a key role in helping to ensure that the 2016 GOP candidate Donald Trump's candidacy was launched and integrated with the general public, even though polls and critics found it unlikely.

Papazian told Fox News that his congressional bid against Ocasio-Cortez was in part due to the fiasco over the deal with Amazon.

"She is parachuted into a congressional district that she does not even represent and has led the parade of prominent political figures to bring the deal to a successful conclusion," Papazian said. "Instead of fighting to keep Amazon out of Queens, she should have been fighting to get Amazon into the Bronx."

This appears to be a problem that could affect the voters of the district, since 58% of the inhabitants said that they actually support the agreement with the Amazon, according to a survey conducted by the University of His.

At the same time, many residents remain supportive of their representative. The poll revealed that Ocasio-Cortez had a popularity rating of 52% among voters in her district and that 48% of all voters would vote to re-elect her in 2020.

More importantly, a Republican will probably fight in the district because he has always voted overwhelmingly for Democrats, with the majority of active residents being registered Democrats.
