Amazon was in first place since 2010.

Each year, ACSI examines customer satisfaction across all six retail categories, including department stores and discount stores, health and personal care stores, specialty stores, supermarkets, retail stores and retail stores. line and service stations, as well as transportation services.

And, according to the report, overall customer satisfaction is down "in all areas".

In addition, while most customers still prefer online shopping to other types of retail, even e-commerce is showing signs of tension, with a drop of 2.4% in the year last.

"Customer satisfaction is down in all categories of the retail sector," said David Van Amburg, general manager of ACSI, in a press release.

"Retail Internet over physical trade, department stores versus specialty stores, everything is down. Given the importance of retail trade for overall consumer spending, this decline is a big problem. "

Other online outlets such as eBay, Overstock and Newegg have all lost a percentage point or more this year.
