Counting on Stars Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth announced in the spring that they were expecting the second baby. Joy-Anna documented her pregnancy on Instagram and the couple’s YouTube channel Follow the Forsyths. However, a recent change in routine has led some fans to believe that Joy-Anna has secretly given birth to her daughter.
Another baby shower ‘Count on’
As fans know, Joy-Anna is one of 19 children of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. Her second baby will be the 18th Grand Duggar born in the family. The Duggars are pros when it comes to baby showers.
In July, the Duggar ladies gathered for Joy’s baby shower. Photos from the event show the party featured decorations in white, yellow and rose gold. The Duggar women enjoyed a few games and Joy-Anna opened presents.
The mom-to-be also posed for photos with her mom and sisters Jana, Jessa, Johanna, Jennifer, Jordyn and Josie. Fans also noticed that Jill Duggar showed up at the festivities, along with Joy-Anna’s sisters-in-law and best friend Carlin Bates.
Jill doesn’t show up at Duggar events often anymore. Her husband, Derick Dillard, has revealed that they need Jim Bob’s permission to visit the family home.
Baby showers are a regular event in the Duggar house. But, there is one thing Joy-Anna is planning for this pregnancy that goes against family tradition.
Joy-Anna Duggar plans to give birth in a hospital
Joy-Anna and Austin are already parents to two-year-old Gideon, whom they welcomed in February 2018. Prior to the birth of her son, Joy-Anna planned to give birth at home, as is Duggar tradition. However, complications forced Austin to rush Joy-Anna to the hospital.
This time around, Joy-Anna plans to give birth to her second baby in the hospital. However, she said in a YouTube video that she was heartbroken that her mother and sisters were not allowed to enter the hospital.

“I’m torn because with all this COVID stuff, which I totally understand why, but it’s just hard because my mom won’t be able to be there and my sisters won’t be able to be when I’m born,” he said. 22-year-old player. “It’ll just be Austin and me.”
Joy-Anna said she hoped they could have a hospital room with a window. This would allow her family to see her daughter when she was born.

However, the next day, Joy-Anna posted another photo marking 39 weeks. She wrote in the caption: “Anytime now, baby! ?”
