There will be plenty of fun activities to keep the whole family busy celebrating the fall season at the Fall Festival at Bur-Mil Park, 5834 Bur-Mil Club Rd. The event will be held outdoors on Saturday 9 October from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Fall Festival is the perfect community event for families that offers fun activities for kids and adults. Free entry.
The festival will feature more than 40 businesses, organizations and craft vendors, as well as 8 food vendors. There will be lots of activities like face painting, slides and a hay walk. There will also be archery and fencing demonstrations.

“We are very grateful to all of our vendors and community partners for their willingness to participate this year and we hope to see great community participation,” said Kim Luckett, Assistant Park Supervisor. “We want everyone to feel safe coming to this year’s festival, so we have coordinated with public health to implement all health and safety protocols and are adding extra precautions throughout. festival.”
The Guilford County Department of Health will be hosting an immunization clinic during the event. Anyone interested in getting the vaccine can pre-register online or walk-in visits will be accepted.
Although masks are not mandatory, vaccinated and unvaccinated visitors are strongly encouraged to wear a mask, wash their hands often, and maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from others.
