Court of Appeals confirms White House misappropriating military funds for building border wall

A federal appeals court gave the Trump administration the green light for its plan to embezzle military funds for the construction of a border wall, overturning a lower court ruling.

In a 2-1 decision, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that El Paso County and the non-profit Border Network for Human Rights did not have the right to challenge of the administration’s plan to levy $ 3.6 billion on more than 100 military construction projects none of the plaintiffs have been able to prove that they have been harmed by the plan.
