“I will be there on January 20 … and I will take a stand for our country and for our freedoms,” Griffin said at an Otero County Board of Commissioners meeting.

Asked about the comments he made on Facebook that there would be “bloodshed” from the Capitol if there were more protests, and if he was afraid more people could die, Griffin replied: “I’m more afraid of losing my freedom than I’m nothing.”

At another point, Griffin also said, “We’re not going to allow it. There will never be a Biden presidency.”
