Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman Ty Nsekhe was released from hospital Friday morning after suffering from a heat-related illness in training Thursday afternoon, the team said.
Nsekhe is now recovering at home, but will not play against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.
“He suffered from heat sickness symptoms after training yesterday,” coach Mike McCarthy said on Friday, via the team. “The medical staff felt it was best for him to spend the evening in the hospital.”
