Training session 19.1

Starting with an 8-minute clock, complete as many representatives as you can:
25 toes with bars
50 double sous
15 squat cleans, 135 lbs
25 toes with bars
50 double sous
13 squat cleans, 185 lbs
If it is finished before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed as follows:
25 toes with bars
50 double sous
11 squat cleans, 225 lbs
If it is finished before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and do the following:
25 toes with bars
50 double sous
9 squat cleans, 275 lbs
If it is finished before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and do the following:
25 toes with bars
50 double sous
7 squat cleans, 315 lbs

Stop at 20 minutes.
