Developer Paradox’s stunning medieval strategy game, Crusader Kings 3, will receive its first paid DLC piece – the Nordic-themed Northern Lords Flavor Pack – this Tuesday, March 16, along with a major free update the same day. .

As the name suggests, the Northern Lords flavor pack is a smaller-scale offering rather than a full-fledged expansion to Crusader Kings 3, and is designed for the Northern Realms of the era – and characters that they contain – feel more distinct.

It will, for example, introduce a range of new Viking-themed cosmetics, including new clothes and hairstyles for the characters, as well as new ships, units and outfit models for the map.

The Crusader Kings 3 Northern Lords Flavor Pack arrives with a free update for all players when it launches on March 16. Paradox has already detailed its most significant additions, including winter as a new gameplay feature, random poetry generation, and the ability to resolve disputes through elaborate duels.
