Havana, July 4 (RHC) The President of the National Assembly of Popular Power (Cuban Parliament), Esteban Lazo, received on Wednesday at the National Capitol the Russian ambbadador to Cuba, Mikhail L. Kamynin, who concludes his mission after a long trajectory in our country devoted to further strengthening the links between two nations.
The Cuban Parliament expressed regret for the return to its original territory of a friend who will not forget, described as strategic and excellent relations between the two nations, and thanked the support that Moscow has always given to Havana.
For his part, Kamynin thanked the words of Lazo Hernández and stressed that his country will always be with Cuba, to support it in its struggle for its rights and values.
He added that the Russian parliament is represented by different political parties, but that with regard to the Cuban question, they all come together, regardless of their ideology. (Source: ACN).
