France celebrates its national holiday on July 14

With a military parade, Paris celebrated the National Day of France, in which a tribute to the wounded of the war and the strengthening of relations with Singapore and Japan were the key points.

Nine planes drew the flag of France in the skies of Paris. Say goodbye to a blue, red and white gas train, Air Force planes have hoisted the National Day celebration to the top, with a magazine on the iconic Champs-Elysees Avenue.

But not only the nationals participated in this festival, which evokes the July 14, 1789, date when the taking of the Bastille marked the beginning of the French Revolution, and where 4 290 soldiers were deployed. On this occasion, the authorities celebrated with two guests of honor: Japan and Singapore

Singapore is a crucial ally of the French army. For two decades, this Asian nation has trained a large number of fighter pilots from its Air Force in the South of France and, just in 2018, marks the 160th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The deployment of 250 horses and 220 vehicles progressed from the Arc de Triomphe to Plaza de la Concordia, where a box of honor hosted the diplomatic leaders present, who paid tribute to the wounded and to the participants in the operations. Rescue in the French West Indies that took place after the impact of the devastating pbadage of Hurricane Irma, in September 2017.

The motto of the military commemoration revolved around a message of "fraternity "weapons" under the uniforms, so the emblems of the two Asian guest countries opened the parade with the French insignia, which were heavily escorted by seven soldiers of each nationality
