At each of these meetings, members of the temporary commission for constitutional reform and a group of councilors will participate, with the aim of continuing to deepen the knowledge of the project to be submitted to the debate. the regular session that begins next Saturday, says Granma newspaper.

This day will also be announced the new Council of Ministers and will address the issue of budget.

With the agreement of the National Assembly, in extraordinary session held on June 2, it was agreed to begin the process of constitutional reform and approve as a first step the creation

On behalf of the various sectors of our society, 33 deputies have been selected and approved by the commission responsible for drafting the project.

The Commission is chaired by General Raúl Castro Ruz; and it is also composed of the president of the State Councils and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, and the second secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, José Ramón Machado Ventura.

The Commission took as a reference the contribution of experts from various institutions and previous studies of a working group, mandated by the Political Bureau to badyze the impact of changes on the order constitutional, to badess the issues to be incorporated in the constitutional text, study the constitutional processes developed in various countries and deepen certain aspects of our history and our constitutional tradition.

The Commission presented a draft new Constitution of the Republic to the 7th Plenary Assembly of the Central Committee of the Party and the State Council, in which each of its precepts was deeply badyzed.
