Havana, 21 Jul (RHC) The deputies of the National Assembly of the People's Power of Cuba (ANPP) will begin Saturday in Havana the first ordinary session of the ninth legislature of this body to badyze the bill Constitution of the Republic

According to the website of the ANPP, 18 parliamentarians have studied the document, individually and in groups, since the last day and have expressed their doubts to the members of the temporary commission in charge of Constitutional Reform and a team of advisers

After the revision of the Parliament, the draft will be submitted to the popular consultation, before the referendum call for approval or not by the inhabitants of the Caribbean nation .

Magna Carta's new proposal includes a preamble and 224 articles, divided into 11 titles, 24 chapters and 16 sections, and maintains the political foundations of the socialist and revolutionary state. 9005] It includes the promotion of sustainable development, the search for fairness, the respect and the attention of the people by the executive bodies and their representatives at different levels, the membership international law, the rejection of terrorism and nuclear weapons and the confrontation with climate change.
