Díaz gets the 11th gold medal for the country, after a very good concentration in the Kata modality
Venezuelan karate player dominated the match Kata 5-0 by beating the Mexican Waldo Ramirez and with that result got the gold medal.
Up to now, in seven days of competition, Venezuela has accumulated 61 medals and is placed in fourth place in the overall table.
In this discipline the karate athlete Andrea Armada, won the silver medal. the individual kata modality, with this result achieved a quota for the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima.
