Delta will have a new direct flight from Miami to Havana five times a week

The American airline Delta will have five direct flights from Miami to Havana from October 28, according to the company.

Flights will be scheduled five days a week.

"This new flight provides nocturnal departures from both points to our customers," said Luciano Macagno, Delta's director for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Since 2016 Delta has a regular flight in the morning which covers the same route.

The flight that is added at night will be on an A320 aircraft, with a capacity of 157 pbadengers. "Because Miami is an important market for Delta, we want to offer more options to our customers, "added Mr. Macagno.
