Bayamo, Jul. 7 (ACN) Jorge Rosales Sánchez, Vice President of the Culinary Association in Granma Province, pointed out today, in this city, the importance of the book Eating with Identity, as an interesting guide to learn recipes and contribute to the rescue of drinks and foods typical of Cuba.

As part of the first edition of the Feast of Aliñao, Rosales Sánchez said the text looks at traditional food, and aims to promote recognition as a national heritage.
