The actors Ed Harris and Nicolas Cage, and the director John Carpenter join the guests of the next Sitges Fantastic Film Festival, which will take place from October 4 to 14 and whose thematic focus is the 50 years of 2001: Space Odyssey by Stanley Kubrick.

Nicolas Cage will arrive in Sitges (Catalonia) to receive a Grand Prix Honorific for the festival and will present Mandy the thriller of Panos Cosmatos.

The Californian actor, whose real name is Nicholas Kim Coppola (he is the nephew of Francis Ford Coppola), began his career in the early 80's and played in all kinds of hits, with a predilection remarkable for action and thriller
