First gold for Mexico shooting at Barranquilla 2018

The Mexican Women's Team Archery won the first gold medal in the Central America and Caribbean Games held at Barranquilla, Colombia.
On this occasion the clbadic team composed of Alejandra Valencia, Aida Román and Ana Paula Vázquez won in the final on the third of Colombia by the score of 5-1 , also managed to make two perfect series with 172 points in total
With this result, Mexico remains at the top of the medal standings of Barranquilla 2018 with a total of 229 medals of which 92 are in gold, 81 in silver and 56 in bronze.

In the duel for the medal of b bramble the team of Cuba conformed by Elizabeth Rodríguez, Maydenia Sarduy and Karla Fals defeated the 6-0 team of Guatemala.
