Iberostar will present its luxury "Star Prestige" service in Cuba

The luxury service "Star Prestige", from the Spanish hotel chain Iberostar, will be offered for the first time in Cuba from November.

In a few months will be the opening of the first hotel of this type on the island, which is under construction on the north coast of Holguin.

The hotel will have 638 rooms, of which 60 will operate according to this concept. This means that the company will provide a personalized service based on customer requests.

Ana Riscalli, director of operations at Iberostar in Cuba, told ACN that "the facility will also be the first hotel in eastern Cuba to own a water park".

Iberostar had an increasingly important presence on the island last year, it opened on 15th Varadero Hotel and once it declared that 2020 claimed to have some 12,000 rooms throughout the country.

With the opening of this new luxury hotel, the Spanish company seeks to "promote circuit tourism by connecting the culture of cities like Gibara and Santiago de Cuba (east) with the Option of the sun and the beach, the Caribbean island, according to Efe agency

Iberostar has been operating on the island since 1993. Currently, it has 20 hotels located in Havana and Cayo Largo del Sur, Varadero, Trinidad, Holguin and the Northern Islands, Central Provinces Villa Clara and Ciego de Avila.
