National Baseball Series: Presented by "Elephants"

Four teams, ten infielders, nine outfield players and 17 pitchers make up the Cienfuegos team that will represent the province in the National Series Baseball Number 58, which will begin next August.

With an average age of 25, the group highlights the presence of six left-handed throwers, as well as eight hitters of the wrongly called bad hand.

As already announced, Alaín Álvarez will take the reins of the group and will be accompanied on the bridge by the auxiliaries Emilio N. Chaviano Rajadel and Remberto Rossell Aponte, and the coaches Adiel Palma Lopez, Dessy Lomba Ojeda and Dianny Guedes Medina. Jorge R. Rodríguez Suárez is the physical trainer. The group is completed by Hazmel Alfonso Rodríguez (Physician), Emilio Villa Villegas (Physiotherapist), Guillermo Martínez Brito (Psychologist), Osmel Gutiérrez Collazo (Statistician), Pedro Acea Valdés (Cargabates) and Reinaldo Curbelo Palacio (Delegate).

Elephants is scheduled for August 10, when they face Pinar del Río as visitors.
