Petrobras and Cncpi from China will complete the construction of a refinery in Rio de Janeiro

The signed letter of intent provides, in addition to the execution of the works, Cncpi's participation in the Marlim cluster, which covers the fields of Marlim, Voador, Marlim Leste and Marlim Sul, all in the Campos basin, detailed the national entity in a statement

The negotiation between Petrobras and Cncpi began in July 2017, and the partnership between the two will make the necessary investments to complete the work of Comperj, interrupted in 2015 when the project execution was above 80%.
