Santo Domingo, RD.- The Mayor of the National District, David Collado presented the Pan American Volleyball Cup 2018, which will take place from the 8th to the 14th of this month, at the Olympic Center Volleyball Pavilion Juan Pablo Duarte.
Teams from the United States, Cuba, Brazil, Canada, Peru, Argentina, Puerto Rico, will take part in the event. Mexico, Costa Rica, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Dominican Republic.
"Promoting and supporting sport is our mission as mayor and that is why we are officially presenting this event that will undoubtedly attract the attention of the Dominicans".
For her part, Cristóbal Marte, director of the women's volleyball team, thanked the mayor for the support that he has always shown for the "Reynas del Caribe."
