The two countries signed a high-level trade deal last May during a videoconference led by Presidents Maduro and Erdogan. On his way to Turkey, the Venezuelan leader made a brief stop in Algeria, where he was received by the president of the National People's Assembly, Saïd Bouhadja, reports a presidential press service.
