Governor Ricardo Rosselló Nevares affirmed this morning that the rains and gusts of Hurricane Beryl have the potential of to cause power outages due to the fragility in which the electrical system of Puerto Rico

The governor also said after Hurricane Maria, that families' emergency plans must include sufficient supplies of water and food for 10 days.
Expressions of the executive were given at a press conference in which he announced the beginning of a series of projects to repair roads in Puerto Rico.
