Cybersecurity experts have compiled a list of the most dangerous mobile applications, those that can pose a threat to corporate customers.
According to a study published on the Appthority portal, the most risky applications for iOS devices are instant messaging WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. They are followed by the Waze navigation program.
WhatsApp and Facebook also received the highest scores in the level of risk for smartphones Android . And in the third place for this type of devices was the application of Russian instant messenger Telegram .
The applications of Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp received 7 out of 10 points which means that without permission, they may collect data relating to the company in question for their servers, without complying with their security policies.
