Cups in the NFL in 2019: list updates, commercial rumors, waiver requests, news and follow-up training teams

The Philadelphia Eagles have officially reduced their lineup to the limit of 53 players on Saturday, but that does not mean that the team has completed its changes. The Eagles can free players and sign more before their first week match against Washington.

Sunday's action involves the NFL override and the formation of a practice team of 10 people. The Eagles are ranked 25th in the order of NFL waivers. Howie Roseman will have to hope that the 24 teams that follow will not want a player to be successful. The opt-out period ends at 12:00 pm ET today.

As for the coaching team, read this FAQ for more information on salary, eligibility, rules, and so on. Teams can formally start training teams from 1:00 pm ET.
