Cyberpunk 2077 Dev has been playing for over 175 hours and still hasn’t finished it

A Projekt Red QA CD tester apparently didn’t complete Cyberpunk 2077 after playing 175 hours on one of his many playthroughs.

Lukasz Babiel, Head of Quality Assurance at CDPR, posted a screenshot on Twitter of his total playing time during the weekend. According to the shared figure, Babiel, who launched Cyberpunk 2077 as a nomad, took just over 175 hours and still hasn’t seen the credits roll.

When asked if he was going for a completion game, Babiel said he takes his time to plunder and to see everything in the greatest difficulty.

“Not really, it’s just one of my slow paced games on the harder difficulty where I play more stealthily than usual, I loot everything, I use all the features of the game, I take my time,” Babiel said.

While Babiel played for over 175 hours without completing the massive open-world action-adventure game, that doesn’t say how long it takes to wrap up the campaign. The studio previously said Cyberpunk 2077 will be “slightly shorter” than The Witcher 3, which takes 50 to 190 hours to complete, according to How Long To Beat. Cyberpunk 2077’s map is also said to be smaller but more compact than that of The Witcher 3. Watch out for spoilers, as physical copies of Cyberpunk 2077 are now in the wild.
