Cyberpunk 2077 gets its first discount eight days after launch

Cyberpunk 2077 is out and, well… * gestures *. CD Projekt’s latest is doing quite well on PC, where the bugs were mostly (if not entirely) limited to goofy visual issues, but the console versions were bad, especially on the original 2013 PlayStation 4 models and Xbox One. Well, if you’re on the fence, now you can grab a console edition of Cyberpunk 2077 for a little discount.

The Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of Cyberpunk 2077 are available for $ 49.99, saving $ 10 off the MSRP of $ 59.99. The price of the deal has already been matched by Amazon. Amazon previously offered the physical PC version for under $ 50 before launch, but this appears to be the first noticeable discount after release.

Cyberpunk 2077’s release date was December 10. To underline – I know the time is a blur right now – eight days have passed since. Big game discounts are faster than ever these days and by no means a singular indicator of a failed launch, but… it’s barely a week, my friends.

At this rate, the console version of Cyberpunk will be a big part of the game’s history, so if you want to own it, go for it. If you want a significantly better version of the game, you can purchase Cyberpunk 2077 from the Humble Store here.

CD Projekt has announced that it will ensure players can refund Cyberpunk 2077 retail editions until December 21. For more RPG games, you can follow this link.
