DaBaby quietly disappeared from the lineup at this year’s Parklife Festival in Manchester, England, following homophobic comments he made on stage at last week’s Rolling Loud Festival in Miami.

Neither Parklife nor DaBaby representatives immediately responded to Rolling stonerequest for comments.
During his Sunday appearance on Rolling Loud, the rapper was recorded during his set saying, “If you don’t show up today with HIV, AIDS or any of them, deadly sexually transmitted diseases.” , that’ll make you die in two or three weeks, then turn your cell phone on… Guys, if you don’t suck dick in the parking lot, turn on your cell phone.
The comments drew criticism from Dua Lipa (who had released a remixed version of her hit song “Levitating” with DaBaby) and Elton John, among others.
“The rhetoric used by DaBaby is inaccurate, hurtful and damaging to the LGBTQ community and the approximately 1.2 million Americans living with HIV,” said DaShawn Usher, associate director of communities of color at GLAAD, in a statement. “It is essential that DaBaby and her fans learn that people living with HIV today, when on effective treatment, lead long and healthy lives and cannot transmit HIV.
“While DaBaby has made random attempts to ‘apologize’, steps must be taken for full accountability and changes to do better in the future. It further confirms what GLAAD reported last year in the State of HIV Stigma study that stigma and misinformation around HIV is widespread and that there is a lot of work to be done to educate the public, including artists.
DaBaby is scheduled to perform at Lollapalooza this Sunday.
