DaBaby's posse violently attacks an overzealous fan

DaBaby released on bail for a concert at which he was supposed to occur because of an overzealous fan – who would have become conflictual and seductive … and who would have been so beaten by the rapper's team.

The MC, originally from North Carolina, was ready to go on stage Friday night at the Centro Nightclub in Lawrence, MA – where he was leading the bill. DB never went to the building because his security team and his entourage were too busy hitting a guy to death … according to Derek Lemire, who was promoting the event for NTS Entertainment.

We were told that the fan wanted a photo with DaBaby, but was refused. When the guy persisted in asking again, Lemire said that he had been overwhelmed by the DB band … and that he had been severely beaten.

You can see DaBaby look nearby while the guy is beaten. He wears his "KIRK" signature that he always wears on stage and on social media. We are told that the ventilator was carried away by a stretcher and taken to the hospital.

To make matters worse, Lemire tells us that DaBaby has completely shattered … after rebounding after the altercation and taking the money that had been paid to him. Lemire says NTS has spent $ 22,000 on DaBaby and is trying to recover it.

A police spokesman told us that the cops responded to the scene early Saturday morning – but when the police arrived, none of the witnesses wanted to cooperate.

In terms of how that went from DaBaby's point of view, we were told that it was a classic case of look-but-touch. The fan persisted in getting his picture taken and, when he was repeatedly denied … the guy would have started talking with a smile and pretending to be Baby's safety. Our sources say that the guy touched the hand of the rapper's bodyguard … and then it was on.

We are told that DaBaby left because of a contract clause that allowed him to bounce back when he did not feel safe. Our sources say that DaBaby just felt that the room had not been reunited.
